Our Contact Center helps to serve our guests and franchisees by managing phone reservations and guest satisfaction. While we have many team members in Columbus, Ohio, we also have several reservations agents who work at home to support our iconic Motel 6/Studio 6. Interacting with guests is a key part of our agents’ job, as well as helping generate revenue through sales or assisting guests through creative solutions. Listening attentively and being resourceful, personable, empathetic and compassionate are key strenghths of our team members that work at the Contact Center.
