    General Reservation Agent 

    G6 Hospitality is hiring a GENERAL RESERVATION AGENT for the Contact Center that supports our iconic Motel 6/Studio 6 locations. Our agents play a leading role in generating revenue for our properties. This individual is responsible for assisting guests with their reservations as well as identify and close any future reservation opportunities based upon the guest’s needs. The ideal person is able to listen attentively, personable and able to sell and spotlight our newly renovated locations.

    What You Will Be Doing 

    • After quoting rates appropriate to the specific requests, they must obtain agreement from the caller and confirm the reservation.
    • Follow sell strategy as determined by our revenue management team
    • Accurately input detailed information into our Central Reservation System
    • Assist guest with new reservation, modification, cancellation and or special needs
    • Review availability and rates with guests and market our renovated room types, facilities, features and specials.
